Dhiffushi island is located in Kaafu Atoll (North Male’ Atoll). This naturally beautiful island is surrounded by several sandbanks and uninhabited islands and is only 20 miles from the international Airport. This local island, meaning that only Maldivian people live here, has a length of about 950 meters and a width of 200 meters. Dhiffushi is a beautiful and very untouched island, surrounded by a turquoise lagoon, with pristine white sand beaches with around 900 inhabitants

The surf breaks on the island Thulusdhoo are well known in north Male’ Atoll. Dhiffushi is 15-30 minutes away to the break. Cokes catches more S swell (and wind unfortunately!). Coke’s (or Cola’s, depending on your taste) has often been rated as the hardest breaking wave in North Male with a vert take-off, high barrel factor and nice shape over the shallow reef and there’s strong currents on the tide drop – experienced, fit surfers only.
